I love a great Splurge vs Save! These two dresses are both great options and it truly comes down to price point. Embroidered dresses are popping up everywhere this spring/summer season. I love that the embroidery on these dresses is subtle and classic.

While I love the look of embroidery on dresses I sometimes feel that it may be too over the top, too “vacation” style for every day wear. These two options are perfect for daily wear, the casual backyard party or even dinner out (very versatile).

I love a great trend but I don’t love spending a lot of money on something that may be fleeting. These belted faux leather pants are very cute and only $25. The paperbag style is so flattering. It draws attention to your waistline and creates balance between your upper and lower body. I love that these shorts are a denim material making them slight more structured than a typical linen paperbag short.
