I’ve come to realize in my goal to improve my health and fitness that when I am feeling overwhelmed I tend to fall off the wagon with exercise. That’s funny too because when I exercise my stress and anxiety decrease but sometimes finding the time to fit it in is difficult. The express classes are perfect for me when I’m struggling to get a workout in. What’s important is putting the effort in to make a change for yourself!

How did you guys do with your fitness goals last week? We’re you only able to workout a few days? Did you reach your goal? Either way, the intent is what is important! If you reached your goal, congrats! That’s amazing! And if you didn’t (like me) having the intent and desire to improve will push you forward next week 😊 These are the classes I’m going to try and complete this week. Staying on track of my fitness goal with obé

I don’t think there are many people out there that won’t agree that health and wellness are important aspects of our lives whether it’s long term goals or day to day struggles with diet and exercise. Most people will say it is always in the back of their minds. Is what they’re eating good for them, have the worked out enough for the day/week/month/year. Are they trying to loose weight, get healthier, build more muscle, clear their mind? For me, health and fitness has always been important to me but for the last 5 or so years I’ve struggled to find the balance and the time to exercise regularly.
