I am admittedly not the best cook but there are a few things that I can cook and cook well. I tend to get an idea in my head and look up a few recipes on Pinterest and combine a few to create my masterpiece. This Creamy Crockpot Potato Soup is one of them. It’s super easy to make and delicious on a cold winter day. You will need a crockpot or Dutch oven and an immersion blender.

The seasoning is completely to taste but trust me on the nutmeg! It adds a depth to the soup and it so good.
