Working as a Dental Hygienist has become a true passion of mine. I love science and anatomy and the social interaction that comes with it. Every hour on the hour is a new patient, new story, new experience and it’s very rewarding feeling that I’m helping someone or educating them on bettering their oral health. When it comes to the uniform I’ve always felt a little disappointed. Some people love wearing scrubs daily, they say it’s like wearing pajamas all day every day. I however missed getting up and getting dressed in cute clothes. Working in dental during COVID is stressful enough so it’s added peace of mind knowing that my scrubs are providing extra protection for me.
