I usually post my planned Obé schedule for motivation Monday. However, I find myself struggling to hit my goal and often feeling stressed and overwhelmed by it. I firmly believe to fitness and exercise are extremely important and I feel such a decrease in my stress level when I exercise. Between my kids, work and the holidays though I’ve struggled to meet my goals. I do find though that I can fit in physical activity while playing with my kids. Popping on the floor and doing some crunches or push ups it’s quick and easy and can be done while my kids are climbing on me. Any type of physical activity helps to clear my mind, fight bloat and overall makes me feel better. The goal with exercise is health and wellness and if you’re finding yourself stressed with hitting fitness goals then take a step back and take care of your mental health.
