So I’ve decided to change the title of these posts from Weekly Obé Schedule to Motivation Monday 😊. My goal in starting this segment was to hold myself accountable in my fitness/wellness journey but also to help motivate you! Maybe you love going to the gym or running or use a different at home fitness app, whatever it may be let’s just keep moving. This past week I used my Obé app for three workouts but I found some great fitness posts on Instagram that were just the right amount of fun and difficulty. I love to focus on one target area at a time so these workouts were great for what I was looking to work on.
These two workouts are my current favorites and I definitely feel the burn after a couple of rounds.
